This is so informative! I have a question: how can we tell the difference in our intuition or an old pattern leading us? At times I have found myself making decisions based on what I feel my intuition is leading me to only to discover in time that it is an old pattern or situation.
Maybe a combo of both journaling and asking your guides to clarify whether you’re following what’s familiar. Do you trust your memory to recall precedents accurately? I know that when I’m writing something out, the clarity comes in that process.

Back in 1975 I had dinner at your sisters house and your mom spontaneously asked me to join her in the kitchen for a few minutes. I know it's three years later.. but I saw the woman I love running to me in a dream last week. I've used my intuition to not go to jobs, I just knew it was a waste of time. I skipped out on a job I saw advertised because I wanted to see this woman at work. I seem to think I won't see her elsewhere. I need to work with my intuition because I need more money. I love her and saw her in a dream, so I know we will be together.

I think true intuition feels more like a light, happy inspired thought. It should feel uplifting to you. Your fear thoughts are going to feel heavy and anxiety producing. In my experience with intuition, I have had my intuition alert me to potentially harmful situations or people, which feels like an edgy sort of feeling. I usually get an uneasy feeling or a strong feeling to get away from that place or person. Once I do that, I feel fine. You could also sense fear energy from other people, especially if you tend to be empathic. I think Sonia's books do a good job explaining how to discern what is coming from you vs. what might be coming from others and she suggests good practices for getting more in tune with your own "vibes" or "spidey senses."

I'm questioning for my next career step lately and when I try to listen my intuition, sometimes I don't feel anything or I feel too different things at the same time... Try typing the word "intuition" into your Internet search browser, then look for online dictionaries. If I am unsure of a word meaning, I type in the word, plus "definition." "Intuition definition" brings up this meaning, for example: "something someone knows or considers likely from instinctive feeling rather than conscious reasoning." Hope that helps. Intuition is a more of a feeling, in my personal experience. It is not an easy concept to describe.

@Leister regardless the definition it is YOUR own GPS/radar inside yourself that when you stand in a place and don’t know which way to go , you look both ways, then something/ intuition/gut feeling pulls you to the right hand and you follow in that direction. Later you realize, that, was the purpose for you to go that way. Either there was an accident in the other direction and it would’ve delayed you, or, simply it was not the direction for the location you needed to go. The more you do it, the easier it gets. For this, we must pause, and almost listen to the wind 💨 sometimes, lol 😆 Hope this helps.

Try listening to guided meditations with headphones - there are alot of them on You Tube. Look for "relaxing meditations" for example. If you can find a quiet place, even if only in your sleeping area, the guided meditations are the easiest way to get some quiet meditation time to rest your brain.
@Leister I highly recommend looking up Sean Fargo here on RU-vid. He has a variety of teachers, and even a 3 min mindfulness meditation that can yield the results of a long 30 min or 1 hour session. It’s quality not quantity. You may find an instructor that fits your specific need. Best regards
Meditation with a group can be really powerful. See if you can find a community/group. You don't need to be in the same room, just spiritually connected and synchronised in meditation
