My money an iam taking risk , once taking profit tax same money invest in real estate or other investment again stamp duty. Same rotate different ways tax also follows us. I think direct invest in immovable property take benefit excess amount can be in mutual fund.

Normally we are accumulating amount in SIP using various schemes like small cap, mid cap, index fund etc. But while doing swp we need to transfer all the invested amount to hybrid fund. In this case we need to pay huge amount of capital gain tax. How to avoid this capital gain tax?. Instead of transferring the accumulated amount to hybrid fund, is it ok to have SWP in the same plan where we have accumulated the amount? Advice please

We can withdraw in same funds also. It's advisable to small cap funds alone after retirement to hybrid funds

Income proof is a must for home loan. Income from investments will not be considered. After taking a loan, What if you withdraw this 5cr and buy another property? Earned Income from a job or business is a must and Income proof is a must.

Yes you can do. But if you can manage your expenses from your salary or business, don't do swp. Let the money grow. Calculate the potential of 50lakhs in 15yrs.

Dear Investor, Mutual fund investments are subject to market risk. Then how we are going to pay taxes when you are planning to make withdrawals. So be transparent, 50% we can believe such videos. Can the youtubers will explain what happened for US64 in UTI mutual fund. Similarly what happened for Diwan housing finance company. Investment advisor told these company was AAA rating company. Now we all lost money. Dont trust 100% about these recommendation unless you wish to liquidate your hard earned money . Think and study the market first. Choose direct investment option on mutual funds and plan proper withdrawal option in every 3 years once to avoid disappearing of money

You have to invest with guidance. If you are not willing to take risk means, avoid direct stock market investing. Mutual funds are safe way to invest in stock market. Today Sebi is very strict on rules to protect investors. US 64 happened in UTI in 2002.
