We love Bend.... we go mostly for the snowsports and mountain biking, but the beer is a great bonus! And that warning rattle is a sound that you can't forget! I am thankful they have that nice little warning system to tell us they are not happy!

I'm surprised you missed out on Old St. Francis School. Like Kennedy School, it has been converted into a hotel with multiple bars, a theater, soaking pool, &c. It also has a secret bar in one of the buildings.
