I appreciate the generous amount of lower drawer banks in the kitchen instead of base cabinets. Also nice touch in the garage to have the floor epoxied and the walls finished!

I think that flex room in the basement would make a great library and maybe music room for listening to tunes, where you can choose it off and have quiet and peace for reading or listening m

I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. There's no tub in the master bathroom, but the bench in the shower makes up for.

Nice house, the room downstairs could be a library or exercise room. The counters in the kitchen, I'm not sure if I like them or not. I agree with the comment, windows that don't open are useless. Thanks for the tour and all the work you put into videos. 😊😊😊

I love the kitchen backsplash and countertop. That stone is amazing. And the horse painting over the stacked stone fireplace is perfect. I’m not sure I’d want to paint your basement studio a dark color. I love how bright that room is for a basement space. Bugs…yes, the deck and ground level patio would have to be screened in if you wanted me to use those spaces.

I like the kitchen counters and the way the veining goes with the natural tone cabinets and the hoaned look, too bad the majority of the kitchen cabinets are white and cold and don't go with the counters or the Pantry door or the mantle on the fireplace.

Wow mini bedrooms can't believe it. Downstairs almost no space to walk in front of the bed, in the master bedroom no space for the furniture at front of bed too.

Cute house but 1) I need more windows to open. I love a cross breeze vs air conditioning. 2) I hate lazy susans so I would take that out. 3) a master bath should always have a tub. I would use the flex space either for a home office, a craft/puzzle room or both.

Should never buy any home without knowing what you are buying, that includes all doors and if home is lived in you will see how well it is used but still have to know what you are getting.

I hate vaulted ceilings. That’s just me. And I don’t like living rooms without walls - basically I don’t like open floor plans or “modern” looking homes. I’m more traditional.

Why would they put the electrical panel in a bedroom????? I could see a disgruntled teenager shutting off all the power to the house, leaving everyone in the dark and barricading his room. They have that huge utility room, so I don't get that at all. Nice house though.

Ive said this before ... The lense you use when recording these sucks. Everything is distorted. We dont need a fish eye view of any one of these homes. We're lookyLOOSE. None if us are going to buy any of these homes. EVEN THEN! THE FISH EYE VIEW does nothing for any of is except make everything look weird!!
