This channel examines the Ukraine-Russia conflict. Looking mostly from Ukraines perspective, we follow up on Russian losses, progress and tactics on the battlefield. A military forces size does not always matter nearly as much as tactics employed, training or thinking outside the box. Ukraine successfully managed to do the impossible multiple times during the conflict, it seems more impossible action will occur in the future! Leaving less for tomorrow!

That was composite spaced armor. I will say that is a rather unorthodox composite armor, but maybe it works. Russia will keep having to test it out I guess.

@@acephantom903 BTR to nic innego jak lepiej opancerzony samochód pancerny . Był projektowany w zupełnie innym celu . Miał dostarczyć piechotę w pobliże pola walki a później ewentualnie ją wspierać . NIE BYŁ PROJEKTOWANY DO BEZPOŚREDNIEJ WALKI ! To co się stało to ewidentny błąd kierowcy BTRa . Widząc zagrożenie powinien wysadzić jak najszybciej desant . Desant dałby sobie radę z bradlejem przy pomocy RPG , KORNET.

@@marek5070 I agree, that would have been the more sensible play. I was joking that they were using the infantry as composite spaced armor while charging the Bradley head-on which was a poor choice to make.

If you have little armor and a big gun, then your vehicle is designed for hiding in concealed ambush positions, not for charging the enemy in the open.

Nice idea, until there's hardly any cover and you get snitched on by drones all the time. Or you don't have time to prepare a concealed ambush because you are moving in the terrain and happen to notice an enemy vehicle that already noticed you.

I get the impression the gunner died with his finger spasming on the trigger of the gun, hence to continuing firing forward long after the Bradley was already behind it. Likely lots of shrapnel wounds and damage to both the personnel on board and the interior of the BTR too….😮

Plus it should be noted that is in no way NATO's best state of the art equipment. Just the hand me downs for the most part, with alot of it destined for the scrap heap if it wasn't shipped to Ukraine.

I wouldn't go as far as calling it useless. They managed to grab a non negligeable part of Ukrainian territory, and proved to have superior production capacity / stock in several areas (ex: they can afford thrice their artillery shots than their opponent, while Ukraine is supplied by NATO). It's far below what people expected from the 2nd world military power, but calling it useless would be a mistake.

GŁUPI kierowca BTR82 pozabijał własnych ludzi. Ot co się stało . BTR82 ma pancerz który chroni jedynie przed odłamkami granatów oraz amunicją 7.62 . Projektowany był do transportu + ewentualnego wsparcia piechoty. BTR nie był projektowany do bezpośredniej walki.

Second video shows the same place but the Bradley got hit by drones and started burning, most likely got destroyed (3 crew got out) While the btr is no where to be seen. Anyway Russia now control that area and Ukraine might have got a cool video for pr purposes but it cost them 1 Bradley and the area where it was filmed.
