I finally had some time to get over to the property and clean up some brush by the creek. Now Eleanor and Victoria will have a fun summer playing in the stream! gunpowderandfreedom.etsy.com
I hope your friend Josh plans to document his build... maybe on his own RU-vid channel? If he doesn't have one yet, I hope you are trying to convince him to give it a shot. I love the work you guys do... but I especially love the "dream home" or "dream shop" builds. Very inspirational to see people make the dreams reality. Thanks for sharing this. So glad to see you on your future dream home site.
Good morning Steve. Glad to see you get back to working at the new property getting it ready for your build. Wishing you all the best that your plans come together this year 👍
NEPA here. Thank you for calling it a crick. I guess it is our PA accent. lol. I have a crick as well and yes it is important to keep vegetation along the banks to prevent errosion. Beautiful piece of land you have.
Nice job clearing all that stuff out Steve, but you're right, some needs to stay or be added to for erosion control. Keep it up and before you know it, you'll be living there.
Jaggers is a new one but I'm from Wisconsin. When we would go (in my way younger day) off to the local bar. We sometimes would go on a "jag" or a "hair burning jag" if you worked hard all week. It's nice to see the crick shorelines getting cleaned. We have a D.N.R. to answer too when deal with waterways.
I am happy to see y'all inching towards breaking ground. Know if we can get some exterior shots ,with their permission, of your friends house. Don't need any personal details on either house
Good job Steve glad to see you had some time to go do some clearing … Sounds like some stress relief to me …. Stay Safe you may want to keep pops off from the excavator if not, you’ll have some footage of the excavator, taking a bath in the water… 🇺🇸👊🏼👊🏼🪚🔨
