We know how to party , we love dancing , food , we laugh loud , yell and poke fun at each other and we have zero privacy or boundaries within our codependent families 😂❤️. I moved out when I was 18 & for a girl that was scandalous back in the day . Early 90's 😂 . When I visit all my cousins their wives and kids the parents the in-laws are exactly like that movie by Nia Vardalos , ' My Greek Big Fat Wedding ' . 22 cousins making decisions for you sound familiar ?

Also I believe it was in the Seth teachings that I read that , through the mind you created sounds in a certain pitch that could change the composition of solids into more of a liquid , a more pliable solid . Also this was done in groups of people with fine tuned focused energy consciously together working as one. I may not have understood completely on how exactly its done , but this idea is featured also in Janes fiction book s The Oversoul 7 Trilogy . Actually Edgar Cayce touched on this type of tool/ talent I think if I remember correctly when he talked about the two different groups of people that existed then in Atlantis , and how during a war , an attack on the other group that were a peaceful people , how this attack went overboard , haywire , with the leaders over using this ability to change the structure of solid mass into liquid mass . I believe Cayce said that it then created the extinction of Atlantis , it destroyed it . Its been a long time since I read Cayce though

I had similar memories of Atlantis. Human animal hybridization.( I remember people were creating this hybridization through both energy work and through gene splicing both in different practices) Creating the pyramids with our mind in groups in a circle (working with energy and frequency with our will) I also remember fleeing from the city before the great flood and taking information with me into the mountains and hiding there in caves for a while. Then coming out much later to recreate our home again.

I have been listening to the youtube podcasts almost daily for quite a while...each one is so unique and full of good advice and wisdom. .But this one truly stuck with me. I listened yesterday and almost wished Connie would talk a little faster but now I realize her calm slow talking helped the message truly sink in. It gave it the ability to linger in my brain and sink into my heart. That combined with the endearment of how she was introduced as a long time friend and mentor made her advice so wise...so everlasting. Bless her and bless you Alex. Thank you for sharing these personal stories of love, guidance, and truth. What most stood out for me is the phrase to " feel God within".
Love the respect for an older woman. There are a lot of men in this world who dont respect a woman older in years w respect or kindness. Often they treat women who are older as a kind of useless disposable human. Its very ugly. But very nice to see your respect for an older woman... it shows that Hollywood hasnt gotten to you n you are of higher spiritual awareness n intelligence... I dont mean to offend anyone but ive seen the ugliness of the attitude of many men towards older women n its very refreshing to see your kindness n respect for a woman who is older n many men would not see her value. Im hesitant to post this but in the risk of offending im hoping to bring light to something that I think needs to be acknowledged n addressed. I hope that people will start valuing women for other qualities not just superficial ones.
