Totally agree. They are amongst the best supporters I’ve seen at VP for a while. Fair play to them coming down from Edinburgh 5-0 down and still singing your heart out. Top bunch. I took my 12 year old son to stand and applaud them after the game and show respect. UTV

Aberdeen fan here. Was at skol Cup final in 85. They didn't stop singing. And lost 3 nil. It annoys me any old firm supporter ever thinking they are better fans. Simply bollocks

Villa fans are loud, but only at the top of the holte end, meaning it doesnt get around the stadium. It needs to be lower down in the holte if you want the noise to echo

How many clubs in the 'SPL' fill their away allocation like? Hibs give the whole south stand to every away club and the only ones who ever fill it are Hearts, just like we do at Tynecastle, and the Uglies. Easter Rd holds just over 20,000 and our average over the last 4 seasons has been between a low of 17,000 and a high of 18,000 made up of on average between 14 and 16 thousand home fans ,,, what's your definition of 'half empty'? because that aint it mate.

Saw you and Simon at New Street but I got the train to Aston with no problems...I think going direct to Witton with the Hibbees was the cause of the delays....but they were great fans on the night .. imagine what they'd be like if they actually scored a goal 😂

I was there and this video shows literally every time villa chanted hibs chanted for 90 mins but for a prem team in a European tournament your fans were horrific more atmosphere at Edinburgh city in a pre season friendly game.

Funny you mention pre season games because that’s exactly what it felt like for us. Hibs fans were class yes, but going to be hard to get up for a qualifier when you’re 8-0 up.

Hibs fans were incredible. Still find myself getting annoyed on 30 minutes as thousands of people stream out to get drinks or food, regardless of how well the team are doing on the pitch. However it’s done, it needs to stop because it looks embarrassing.
