How can you take so big cuts when profiling without either the tool snapping and without tool flex? if you where to do that with Stainless Steel and without coolant your tool would **** it's self just touching the stock 🤔.
3d models are imported into a CAD/CAM software. They can be imported in various formats such as .step .dwg .dxf .xt .stl. then tool paths are created and programmed using either solid model faces, edges, holes, hole axis, or other features. As well as wireframe geometry. Its actually not too bad once you get used to it. Once you are familiar with how certain materials cut and what types of tools you can use it doesn't take too long to program simple stuff. BOOM
