Man that 2 headed shaper is scary…. that was the one tool that I was afraid of when I was a cabinetmaker…. everyone takes the guards off of tools in the shop, but those 2 heads there just spinning exposed, not even a table around them…. makes me shiver….
Very cool!. My thoughts too, throw every thing on the floor for the next guy to bend down , break his back to pick up, why not build a couple of waist high carts with wheels to move product to next working station. Still fascinating process, good video!!!
Why not plastic handles and its recyclable ? Pakistan only has 27% forestation. Look through the rest of the videos of goods manufactured out of wood in Pakistan and you wonder where timber comes from . How much longer it will be available.
Not to tell anyone what to do, I think I would tend to say nothing at all rather than criticize these workers. I dare say not many Americans do as much real work like these guys do.
What so every man in that country works in this factory or works? You know nothing, this country as more beggers than the US, and the US beggers are not maimed by their parents to earn more money. Know your subject before you preach on it, fool
How much do you want to pay for a wire brush/ they're dirt cheap, right? This is why. Imagine what a brush would cost if a factory here in the US manufactured these identical brushes -think anyone would work for $30.00 a week? think an American would work in these conditions for forty hours a week? The next time you go to WalMart or Harbor freight and pick up a cheap wire brush remember HOW it was made and WHO made it under WHAT conditions.
So….why exactly were they packaged in a box that claims the product was made in China? Is that somehow considered a good thing in the region? Generally, the vast majority of people want things made anywhere EXCEPT China.
