Watch a video of some gibbons. They are incredibly agile and their foot-hands looks amazingly useful. It's interesting that we lost our feet-hands, but we started walking and running. They would be very useful if we're still had them though. Imagine if we had four arms though with equally dexterous hands and digits. We would be very industrious and skilled. A chimera could technically be engineered as such. But more likely, imagine if we could wear a suit that has two extra mechanical limbs controlled by our minds through a BCI (brain-computer interface). If the control became mastered to a similar level as our own limbs, we'd really be capable.

Animal agriculture is the leading cause of deforestation, yet no one likes to talk about it. Why? Because the only way to combat it is by going vegan (as i have since more then half a year ago). Vegan diet are sustainable throughout all stages of life. The only reason we eat meat is for pleasure. Makes us no morally different than rapists. Killing, raping and abusing animal for an 5 minute meal. And to create that piece of meat, you use tons of water and food. All that has to come from somewhere, and its usually the amazon. 92% of soy goes to animala agriculture. So having said this, people whine about these animals losing their home, yet they are the sole reason that it is happening. You either stop paying for animal products and make THE biggest contribution you can to save these animals, or you make excuses.
@andywilliam367
@andywilliam367 3 года назад
@@TheDanagames I totally agree 💯. I once a vegan before I came to US because meat is cheap. But it took me a week to get used to eat meat. I threw up couple time if you already vegan for long time. Since then, I started getting lot of health problem. Vegan is way to go for healthy died, no doubt about it.

well we're animals too. we're just not the only animals with intelligence, empathy, or a system of morals. many primates have these things, it's just that humans have it dialed up to 11.

Absolutely love this video!! The last bit with the symbols is amazing!! I have so much love and respect for these animals, I would love to work with them. Humanity needs to realise just what effect destroying their home really has on them. That poor little thing starving with a tiny little baby broke my heart, I had a lump in my throat and had to hold back the tears..... Great work saving both their lives and huge respect from me for doing what they're doing saving each one and putting back in the wild 👍😁❤️❤️

I feel the same way, I also feel this way about how large chain farms treat their animals in dairy and meat business. Too bad many people that claim to love animals that are smart and majestic happen to eat beef and drink abused animal dairy from intelligent emotional animals like bovids. It's all self contradictory and sad to value one over another just by how their meat tastes.

What she learned from spy Orangutan is that sawing is not about breaking the wood into two pieces. Its about the joy in moving a piece of saw blade on the wood back and forth to create notches.... The orangutan is so intelligent that she has move past the physical accomplishment of getting two pieces of wood, and onto the meta physical enlightenment in finding joy during the journey itself. As you can see in the video, she stops mid way after sawing the branch; then moves on to saw another spot... I am wondering if she has sawed anything in half that is not shown on the video.
