If I remember correctly, Kenneth, that gentleman who owns that a fabulous house, some of his furniture pieces were shown in one of the Ocean film series starring Brad Pitt George Clooney et al....and I read that Brad Pitt bought furniture for his Hollywood home. Kenneth is a world famous designer and is a real Cebuano. he designed the Terminal 1 future airport which was topnotch, and the BS Aquino Administration turned it down, because of corruption in his administation, so they lost Kenneth.

No offense but, when u are showing a house, don't just stay in one corner, all I see is the bedroom,. Not empress at all. Stay safe guys
