Today we are featuring our Kooskia Park Model Home. This home came out just beautiful with all the interior wood accents and color design for the authentic Farmhouse look! We designed it with white interior ship lap wall and a dark walnut stained ceiling as a great accent color throughout the home. Very nice. I'm curious as to why the front door isn't hinged on the other side so it swings the other way (away from the room instead of into the room)?

The front door should have hinges on the other side. It will use less space since it opens inward.

Most people want out swing doors which we do. Just depends on what furniture you plan on having out there that may get in the way.

These are just Formica. You can do Corian or Quartz as an option.

Can you also do Tankless on grand teeton. Hitch on back end if needed. Bay in front and back. Craftsman door instead of sliding door. Shiplap interior walled in loft in farmhouse style.

Do you have a distributor in North Carolina I’m interested in a park model home I’ve been living in a 35’ wilderness camper since 2015 I work construction on the road alot but it’s getting cheaper to stay in a motel rather than drag my camper which by the way is a 1988 model but I own my land and would love to have a home to come back to

Your going to want to lift it over the railing would be the easiest way. Or get one of those vacuum sealed mattresses.

I love the darker wood on the ceiling, floors, woodwork. I see no shiplap wood on any of the walls. You have cheapened the look of your homes.

Thank you for the comments! The customer requested smooth ship lap wall so you won't see the typical beveled edges on them. Which we are doing on all future homes having the beveled edge. I have lots of photos if you would like to see. Thanks again,

The dark wood under bar is horrible! Also carpet on stairs and in bedroom is awful. Are cabinets real wood? Why did you guys pick this guys home? His taste is questionable at best (a shower curtain???)!! Would not think this unit helps with sales.

This is a very cute home, but I do not want a loft! I would like to see 2 main floor bedrooms! Love the walls and ceiling coverings! This walk in shower is awesome! What is the size of this home and the price? Thank you
