Thanks I love whenever you upload! All of your videos are full of enthusiasm. My video interview for delta was rescheduled because my interviewer never showed up to Interview me:/ but it doesn’t matter because it’s definitely giving me more time to Prepare✨:)

Thank you for all your wonderful information!! I have my VI with Delta on Wednesday. The best place for lighting is in my dining room. It's not a plain background. It's my china cabinet. Is that ok??

Question; After submitting my legibility day for the virtual interview I got an email saying that it was gonna take a couple weeks because of the high amount of people applying, today (two weeks and a half later )I got a second email saying the exact same thing is this normal ?

Yes it is normal. Just wait at least 4-5 weeks before shooting them an email. You can try though but that what I recommend

Hey I just completed my video interview, I got the same exact email that it will be several weeks, but for some reason that wasn’t the case, I was contacted two weeks later that my interview is in 2 days !!!!!! I was caught of guard because I was expecting to hear back weeks later, my tip is be ready at any time for a quick change. Also after the video interview I heard back for my face to face 1.5 days later. For some it might be quicker and for others might be slower, just be ready at anytime.

In the video interview you mostly find behavioral and situational questions such as tell me about a time or what would you do if?… make sure you prepare using the star method.
