OK, the rush hour remark made me smile. Years ago I loaded in Brimfield, IL and jokingly complained that we finished right in the middle of rush hour. Then we laughed. Until I pulled out into a convoy of farm tractors and took a half hour to get back to the interstate. I like to imagine the first settlers going through those areas. Can you imagine? No roads, no map, no GPS, no convenience stores, just a horse and maybe a wagon. Must have been a unique breed of man and woman.
Been in hot springs ar my hole life my 44 year trucking career was basically east of I 25 been doing some vacation out west the landscape is so different it’s crazy how far you can see sometimes and I’m with on all the old trucks setting around

You did give a good explanation between the two trucks that you have and experience that you have but it’s still a risk
