Before I start talking to you about this second step, I would like to talk a little bit about where I left off at the very beginning of this physical transformation.
I was one of those people who thought that if I was a bit fat it was genetic and there was nothing to do. Then I really put myself into fitness and I saw my body transform little by little.
I felt better and better, the look I have on my body has completely changed. A simple example, I was obsessed with the weight I was doing (like many other people ..) and today I do not care. I know that the physical result is more important than the number on the scale.
If you want to change, you can, just start without giving you excuses. If I did it, you can do it too ! I promise !
You will feel good in your body and your mind !
For me sport became a habit, something that was part of my schedule. The gym, has become a moment for me, to make me feel good. It's no longer a transformation in a short term, it's a way of life. And physical progress naturally follows from training at the Gym and eating well.
I totally devoted to bodybuilding, I did not do any cardio at all but I do my own HIITs workouts .
I have noticed that since I only do bodybuilding, I have never progressed so much physically as in my performances.
This is what I like with bodybuilding, you can really see your progress, increasing your weights, which allows to build self-confidence and always push its limits.
It's because of this discipline that I was able to tone and reshape my body.

J'ai cru reconnaitre les déco de salles Françaises mais j'ai cramé votre frenchitude avec le plan sur les courses CARROUF hahahaha. Merci beaucoup pour cette video (et votre chaine, je vais me balader un peu), ça fait du bien de voir une vraie fille (et française, qui plus est) donner des conseils fitness, ça renforce l'idée que c'est accessible à tout le monde et qu'on peut progresser si on le veut vraiment. Lapin DePâcques coucou , l’erreur ce sont les applications et mauvais programmes qui étaient uniquement faits pour le faire perdre mon temps et mon argent . Lorsque j’ai commencé à me faire mon propre programme j’ai vu la différence , c’est ce que je dis dans la vidéo ☺️. It depends on what the goal is, if someone is training for powerlifting the weight can be useful. In my case It help be see what was going on with my body and start shaping it as I learned more about the whole process ☺️

How long did it take you to get to the shape you wanted and what would you recommend I should do. I’m a bit chubby and got a gym membership yesterday but I don’t know what to start with x

About 2,5-3 years but with the knowledge I have now It could last about 3-6 months . I just created a program to help people achieve what I did but faster, it makes you workout 3 days a week about 30 min every time , and it’s only bodyweight to do at home or everywhere . You can combine it with gym exercices if you want (that’s basically what I’m doing right now !), to have awesome results. I leave you the link here check it out : tinyurl.com/OurFitnessJourneyProgram In the gym you’ll want to target every of your muscles at least one time during the week (two would be better but if you are a beginner once is great). You have to separate each group of muscles and try to do about two muscles (or group of muscles , like arms and shoulder , back and chest, legs and glutes) and try to place 2-3 different exercices that targets different part of these muscles . For instance shoulder are muscles made of three part so you want to target the front with military press for example, the side with lateral elevations, and the rear part with face pulls or bended elevations . For the biceps and triceps it’s the same for the other muscles you have to look for exercices that targets specific areas and then create you a program saying that Monday you will do this (ex : back + chest so 3 exercices for the back 3 for the chest / Tuesday or next session arms+ shoulders so 2-3 for shoulders 2-3 exercices for biceps 2-3 exercices for triceps/ next session Legs and glutes , so target your quads with 2 exercices your ishios with 2 exercices and glutes with 2 exercices ) etc .. and you can create 2 different versions of your workout days with different kind of exercices ... and repeat . If I’d be you, I would start with the at home program (that you can do at the gym) because it will make you burn fat all along your week . And create one or two Gym sessions combining Upper and Lower exercices (look for FULL BODY gym workouts for beginner on google). Take care !

Weight doesn’t really matter, it’s more how you look . You can look better and be heavier because muscle is heavier than fat. Or you can look really fat and be lighter .

You look great! I have similar body like u just it isn't that muscular and I want to workout more and maybe lose a little bit weight. But once someone told me I'm fat, but I was like, what why? I have a very muscular legs and so many people said I have a good body but of course its not enough me. And because I'm not 35kg it means I am fat? Idk of u guys had similar experience but it ruined a little bit my self confident after how much I trained..

I just started my fitness journey yesterday. I've been feeling so bad in my body and really terrible and sluggish. I know that it's my habits and lifestyle that need the change. This is amazing to watch. I also started my fitness journey with Freeletics but like you I didn't find I was getting the right results. I tried a couple of other similar apps and whilst I felt fitter, things weren't really happening. Now one year later I lift weights in the gym, love it, and am seeing results. So I can relate to this completely. Keep going, you're doing great!

Do both! If you gain muscle it will help you stay in shape, cardio will help you become healthier and you will lose some weight. Usually you say you should focus 70% on diet and 30% on excercise for weightloss. What I mean is diet is far more important than excercise but excercise will take you that extra 30%. Mix it up with streangth training and cardio!

T0BBi94 it really depends on the point of views cause it’s all a matter of calories , you can lose weight by exercising more or eating less , it depends on the goals to, you can lose weight but lose muscle , or lose fat and try to keep your muscle mass etcetc...

I love this!! I just started my own health & nutrition journey. And everyone keeps telling me to do cardio & HIIT but my gut was teling me I need weights! I want a sleek, tight toned & healthy frame, & I also want to get into calenstethics which you need quite a bit of strength for. I have quite a bit of fat to reduce, a really curvy frame the clings to fight so I think im fighting genetics too 😣 lol, but either way I want to build muscle as I shrink so my skin can stay tight and snap back, so there's no extra space where the fat used to be & be the strongest & healthiest ME I can be. This was great inspiration! Thanks for sharing your story 💖. You're beautiful before and after but that glow is better now ^_^

... I want to change so bad, but my age don't allow me to go to gym... My mom says that diet is only for adults (which is a lie) and she won't buy me things for workout. She wants to be pretties in family and she won't let me change. I try to go ice skating 2 times in a week with my friends and I want to go more times but I feel lonely when I'm alone (same to workouts - if I had a friend I would do it with him/her). To be honest I don't have much friends to talk with :/ I'm 12 yo (ye ik it's very young and probably someone will laugh) | weight 75 kg | height 164,5 cm | problem - tights, belly, butt, boobs and arm I really need to change because of my mental health and bullies.

When I was your age, my parents didn't let me hit the gym because they believe working out stops you from growing taller and may cause injuries for teenagers in puberty. Difference with you is that I'm male and I wanted to gain muscle instead of losing weight as I was too small to play basketball. So instead what I did was start with bodyweight workouts. If you're just starting out, stuff like pushups and situps will do wonders for you, then as you get better, you can search for more advanced exercises(Internet makes things alot easier nowadays). As for parents, I locked myself in my room and did my workouts. Now I'm older and don't have to worry about all that, but I'm grateful to have start earlier as once I started hitting the weights, I already had a good foundation, and good lifestyle habits also take quite some time to adapt to as I've observed in some of my friends who are starting out. Just start early and make small steps.
