For the dough:
250 g flour
80 g sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons baking powder
140 g butter
For the quark mixture:
500 g quark
80 g sugar
2 eggs
50 ml oil
250 ml milk
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
370 g frozen berries
For the crumbles:
100 g ground almonds
70 g flour
100 g butter
80 g sugar
Springform pan: 26 cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 160° C hot air for 1 hour.
