To turn the mech into a turret you use the skill cancel button, which by default is the MMB.

The minimum difficulty I would suggest trying to work up to is the first reincarnation, since on that difficulty and above you can get cool passive abilities every zone, some of which can really define a run, but it definitely isn’t required. I just love one of them that makes the dog throw all of their grenades at once, doing more damage for each extra thrown, and I think it might even only consume the first grenade.

Little thing the game doesn't really explain for the parkouring sections but each weapon affects your movement speed. For the parkour sections, having weapons in your hand that slows your movement speed will straight up make certain jumps impossible since you won't have enough speed. The parkour sections are entirely designed around you having your base weapon / base movement speed. ^^;

The Parkour challenge vaults you need to dash a lot sooner than you are to keep your height to the high platforms.

Went on a run with the thunder tiger. He can basically force the drop of the brick with his ascension perks by killing elites or bosses. Safe to say, a brick to the head or throat of a monster will bring it down, if thrown with enough force. Bonus ridiculousness if you find one with gemini that combines crit damage. Even more fun: Dual wielding bricks with the potato-shaped dog.

Does the game have a rejoin option now upon disconnect? I tried it around 6 months ago with a few friends on gamepass, but we got frustrated as we could never finish a run due to at least one of us getting a disconnect and there being no rejoin option what so ever. Game was fun while it was playable though.
