For all of you that skipped the intro, please read the description (unless you know what happened) TL;DR (I'm gonna describe this horribly, aren't I?) Arby likes to do so some trickery with his fans (AND friends), all for his not-so-silly-but-downright-messed-up gains. Oh and he's also a MAP despite being a minor himself, which may sound stupid until you realize that he's attracted to WAY younger people in the community, he also makes some pretty disgusting art of his underage characters (including himself). He refuses to change too, even though he promises to, y'know, like a crappy Pokemon that refuses to evolve to it's much stronger evolution.
I dont know what to say about this whole thing. I had a lot of respect for RB. I thought Arbox was the best Incredibox mod, even better than Travis imo. But now Im not sure if I can feel comfortable saying that. I mean I guess we can separate the art from the artist but to what end?

Why did the creator have to become evil airline genuinely sounds so beautiful the new one hit but I just can’t believe I have to separate the art from the artist now. @@Samhasrabies yeah it's because they're harmonized, but effect 2 could be good alone if you know how to use him. Also his little beatboxing between his sound took the better place for me

If you want my honest unbiased opinion, I think technically no. Because they ARE his characters still, HE made them. I mean sure, not much he can do if someone did "steal" them... but that applies to basically every other person's OCs. So personally... don't ACTUALLY legitimately legally claim them. Otherwise, go nuts.
I mean I guess sure, legally. Eh either way, I just say go for it. It only worries me since I have characters myself. What's stopping others from doing the same thing to me regardless if I did something or not?
I wouldn't say "deserve to have your characters stolen" really fits exactly. Can anyone claim the characters? No, natural copyright exists, but utilizing/endorsing a good art piece doesn't mean you condone the artist outside that. I mean, the Harry Potter fandom still has collaborated and created a lot of wonderful things in spite of Rowling's controversies.
