SCATPOSTER MAN??? Edit: That’s the problem with this mod. It feels really empty and it’s hard to make a mix that actually is good. It feels a lot like Freakshow before it got remastered. People say it’s great, but in reality, it’s not. The beats are not good because they just feel like someone beatboxed randomly and called it good. I used to expect actual beatboxing from Incredibox, but in this case, everyone is wearing a mask, so you can’t see mouth movements most of the time. Sorry for the long paragraph, but long story short, this mod is bad, just play Piege.

@MW-ux1ux I can get why you can see that but to me the mask's polos having seemingly random themes is the point of it, plus that means there's more options to make different beats. I can understand that to many that's seen as laziness but I guess you can keep that opinion
@MW-ux1uxCompletely agree with what youre saying. The sounds feel like they were just smushed together with seemingly little to no thought put into how well they mix and fit with each other. The samples used were also pretty unfitting. This whole mod sounded like the composers thought of something cool and added it, but didnt think of how bad it'd sound if used with other sounds. Overall, the animations are acceptable. But the whole concept felt a bit too forced. I feel like the developers had to stick to the whole "mask" design theme, but also had to sacrifice some sounds for it.

funny how piege and the masks suffer from the complete opposite problems. piege is too consistent so most of the sounds, like the melodies for instance, are so similar that anything different feels out of place. with the masks, everything is all over the place so it's really tough to make a mix that both sounds nice and isn't copying everyone else. both mods also stray real far from any typical polo design, and hardly in a good way. piege makes the polos too detailed, and the masks just remove the feeling of beatboxing entirely because we can't see any part of their faces
Honestly the only sounds that have a problem to me in the masks are E5, V1, V2, and V5. Everything else sounds pretty good, even when mixed together imo.
Honestly, i like the concept, but i do feel this could have used more tweaks. Most of the beats sounds too raw, which makes it sound amateurish. Like thank you for putting actual beatbox but i think it would sound better if there's more enhancments (idk if vfx is the right term but stuff like that). The effects and melodies are nice tho, for me they are a bit of highlight. The voices, not a big fan, especially guy fawkes one.
imo, the raw beats are what make this what it is. it's so weird and obscure and it's amazing. though I feel like the gas mask (beat 5) is a tad loud at first but it get balanced out later. i do wish I could hear the female halequin/fool/jester and the rabbit and cthulu more

Damn i was excited for this mod,ended up reinstalling piege like 5 minutes after reviewing this mod,the beat's acapella is very weird and i kinda hate it,the effects are mid,the squid only good one,the melodies are the only nice part,only m1 and m3 tho,and the voices arent really nice to listen to,v1 for example
Random question, is demon, muerta, and the jester (forgor her name) female? I'm certain that the jester is, I think muerta is cuz in Spanish words that end with a are feminine, and demon- Cmon-
