At least since the Qing dynasty Tibet was already part of China, Qing dynasty general Yue Zhongqi conquered Tibet and seized Lhasa in 1720, search the phrase " Yue Zhongqi " and read for yourself on w 1 k i p ed |a. Dalai LamaSSSS , including the current one were appointed by the Chinese governments, search the web for "གསེར་བུམ་སྐྲུག་པ" and read for yourself. The current dalai lama was appointed by the central government of China in Chongqing in 1940, that was 7 years before a sovereign country called india/BHA rat was born, 8 years before the Princely State of Junagadh & the Princely State of Hyderabad got occupied by india, 21 years before Goa Daman & Diu got occupied by india, 35 years before the kingdom of Sikkim got occupied by india. india should withdraw from these countries first before you decide whether Tibet is part of China or not.
As an indian I would People shouldn't follow their religious leaders blindly, they tend to control people and their thoughts.
