Sarika is the best vlogger about different country visa very informative 🥰 i hope soon you have your own immigration and recruitment agency. I will be your 1st applicant🤣
Hello! Thanks for recording this I’ll definitely use as a checklist. One question though: can you advise when applicant had broken the continuous residency due to the pandemic? What documents to provide to justify the absence then. Thanks in advance!
Hi Sarika. Is my spouse required to give an English language test for ILR even if she hasn't given it as a dependent before? I am the main applicant. And only I had to give IELTS while applying for job here. Later, there was no need to give the test while renewing the visa. It's the same that works for me even for ILR, but just worried if wife has to give for ILR. Thank you.
Namashkar Sarika, just wanted to know if Project Manager jobs in IT is demanding in the UK & since I have started applying for the same since last 4 months, and looking forward to get one. Have a great day & keep motivating people like us. @YourKnowledgeBuddy
Namaste from London Shubham ji 🙏🙏🙏. Hey Project Managers are in the shortage occupation list however since it’s non technical role & hence less visa sponsorship. However I covered visa sponsorship Project Manager role in my last video . Did u check that : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dDkllKMbF8Y.html
Thanks for making this informative video. I have a few questions. Absence letter from past employers: - Do I need to get an absence letter from all past employers? - What if I am not able to get the letters from past employers (in case they disagree to provide them, my ex employer doesn't do it because its against their policy)? - Does my dependent also need to submit an absence letter from her employer or is this required only for the main applicant? - If I have left my job, should I get the absence letter from my EX-employer now, or wait till I am eligible for PR in 4 years and then apply for the absence letter? Is there a validity of the absence letter? Q. For dependent living together proof: - Do I have to show proof of living together for the entire 5 years? Do I have to submit utility bills for the whole 5 years (60 months) which is 60 bills?
@@Waqas-Umer Yes, I did from other sources after this “so-called RU-vidr” ghosted me. The absence letter is not a mandatory document anymore. I talked to some people who got ILR without submitting this doc.
Mam how are you, my question is my son is working as Junior doctor with tier2 skilled worker visa, is it require to work in uk without break in 5 years to apply for ILR. Suppose he worked with skilled worker for 2 years, then If he comes to India for 6 month because of no vacancy in his job, then if my son come to UK for other junior doctor job after 6 month how immigration dept consider his 5 years to apply for his ILR
Hi Sarika, thanks for the information. Please, someone that already had master degree certificate in the UK. Would still need to apply for proff English test exam?
Hi Sarika, Many thanks for sharing detailed information, Much appreciated. I am currently on Global Talent Visa and will be applying for ILR by Nov 2023, So I am doing preparation work for it. Since I got my Global Talent Visa in Nov 2020 I worked for multiple Organizations in the UK and last year I started Contract (Freelance) work. Brilliant video, very clear and apt!! I have a question- Me and my family will be completing our 5 year stay in UK (Skilled Worker) in June 2024, Our BRPs expire in July 2024. So technically we have to start the ILR application in June 2024. I have changed my job, and have a new BRP which has an extended expiry in Dec 2024 and my family's BRP still expires in July 2024. Can I apply the ILR application for all in June 2024?
*My ILR (10 years route) expires on Dec 2024. I've been trying to find out how to extend it. Can you please help how am i suppose to extend my current ILR?*

Working in IT via Indian ( TCS) company. I came and lives in UK first time in 2013 and spent 4 months on work visa. I lived in Switzerland on work visa 2 years. 2016 to 2018 -- 2 years - Work permit I am living in UK on Tier2_ ICT visa since 4 + years. 2018 to still.....UK ( T2_ICT Visa) Here I would like to know is there any chance can I get ILR in UK ? Would really appreciate if you could advice us,is there any chances to us. Thank you in advance.
I have very serious questions to ask? I have my husband living in UK, and I am legally married to him. How would I apply or join my husband in England, he has settled status right now. I am a citizen of a commonwealth Country. What's the process and what I need to do. I am planning to consult a solicitor right now. Because HO is just nuts with the way it works their policy.
Thanks a lot for sharing this video. I'm applying for ILR as a partner so do we need to prove that we live together since 5 years I mean the paper or only 6 months I'm confuse. 😒
Hi Sarika can you please explain this line “You must have spent no more than 180 days outside the UK in any 12 months.” What I understood is that I am allowed to spend less than 180 days outside of uk each year until 5 years, is that right? I am on partner dependent visa, I had to travel India for emergency and I may have exceeded more than 180 days in total until now, we should be eligible for ILR next year in November. Can you please tell us will there be any problem? Many thanks.
@@PearlUK11 "No more than 180 days' absences are allowed in a consecutive 12-month period." Which means it is a moving time period, there is no specific start and end date. For example from 12 March 2021 to 12 March 2022, or 1 April 2021 to 1April 2022.
Hi Sarika! I have doubt regarding ILR application eligibility. My wife entered on skilled worker visa 30 Nov 2022 to 30 Nov 2027 (60months) And I have entered uk with dependent visa from 1 Feb 2022 to 30 Nov 2027(58 months) How can i apply for ILR? With 58 months dependent visa?
my company is asking for IELTS 6.5 band to prove it to get a certificate of sponsorship from the home office, is it required by the home office to have 6.5 bands to give a certificate of sponsorship.???
The estimated cost for each applicant is around £3000. Therefore, if there is a main applicant and a dependent candidate, the cost would be £3000 for each individual?

Only question, how many months payslips and bank statements are needed to be attached in the doc when applying as a T2 skilled worker for to ILR? (should it be last 6 months of 5 years or UKVI would see/need the whole 5 years tax history to be attached?)
