To say that China has backed out because our army has taken a dominant position is not at all true and that is mere interpretation by us that is all.....China has enough trouble at home with its economy growing less than projected....they already have the Taiwan problem so they thought it prudent to patch up with India....that is all..;..anyway it is illogical for the two most populous nations in the world to have tensions between them....that affects both....a most logical understanding between the two....
