There are also unscrupulous girls accusing men of rape. Even without this new law also, men are at a disadvantage. Sexual relations before marriage could be misconstrued as rape especially in case of scorned or dumped women. This new law is good for protection of minor girls, but needs to be relooked in case of adult women. Otherwise, men will be better off being celibate, or doing self help.

Even in my own eyes the uncles they are taking under age girls which is really sad for this generation especially in nagaland which is so called for chirst.. 😢 the older people are taking all the youth ladies.. Does this law also applies to woman? It might be rare n often these kinda cases r less frequently reported as opposed to the former where young boys are also subjected to harassment, abused and sometimes even r*** by elder woman n also same law which talks about having s** on text pretext of marriage, this too can go both ways n so on.

Doesn't Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, of 1985 ( NDPS ), comes under this law? isn't it, Sir/ma'am. Unless u mean for a refined newly law not mixed together in one single act of law? No offence but, just curious, sorry for asking.
