With India amid a national election campaign, its news media is in sharp focus.
Until recently it was believed that the sheer diversity of outlets ensured a range of perspectives, but now, India’s mainstream media has largely been co-opted by the Bharatiya Janata Party and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Please Google’ Indian media bias chart’ 📊 and see the charts in the Images section. If some is telling you that there is bias only on one side then they are likely to be biased to the opposite side. Watch neutral media OR watch both left wing and right wing media and make up your own mind on any issue. Don’t blindly follow leftwing / right wing media in this era of one sided journalism. This is the sad reality worldwide. Google International media bias chart n see their biases! There are other biases towards allies like geopolitical and national interests of each country which their national media can have. But that’s a different story altogether. Just be aware not to blindly trust any media narrative. Nothing is black or white, it’s always shades of grey!!

I am on this platform as I live in the west and I don't have much choice and we here in the west are a bunch of hypocrites when it comes to the free press. India is one place where there used to be good discussions and debates onTV but sadly it is becoming like the silly partisan stuff shown daily on the mainstream media in US/UK. India is the place that overthrew colonialism and gained its freedom so lets hold that freedom dear for everyone. India can show the way but it needs a free press. It would be a shame if India losses its characteristic Independent thinking.

They've been one of the excellent journalists who have remained unbiased while others like Rajat Sharma have become a figment of their own imagination.

I have mad respect for honest people like Srinivas and Ravish who could have easily made thousands of crores if they fell into the Godi media bandwagon, however they stood their ground, they quit their beloved NTDV when it was cunningly bought over by the BJP. I feel so proud of you both, i grew up watching you both do your phenomenal journalism. A time will soon come like Krishna said in bhagwat Geetha when the truth triumphs over lies.
