That's not so difficult only IC engine block head assembly window was open which got closed by motor mounting plate and gasket. So oil won't leak from there. Alternator plate assembly is dry. So no worries of oil leak rather it won't leak from any where else. Thanks for your time and interest 👍😊✌️🙏

It's not advisable because belt drive needs thicker belt which discover cannot accommodate. Also the load at final drive is much larger which requires special type of belt and that gets very expensive. Thanks for your time and interest, 👍🏻✌🏻🙏😊
Amps will not decrease with this drive. Actually it will go up a bit. This drive is incorporated just to increase the driving pleasure with increased safety and low NVH. per charge travel distance has reduced by 2.5 to 3 Kms which is roughly a loss of about 5 to 6 %. But the quality of ride which this bike provides with this drive is amazing and for that sacrifice of 5 to 6 % efficiency loss is very much tolerable. I hope I made things clear. Speed increase is not the priority here. Belt drive is very silent. It runs vehicle vibration free. Maintainence is negligible and it's totally safe in case of breakdown of belt. Thanks for your time and interest. ✌️😊👍🙏

Hi , all the best for your project but designing a gear box is no joke and that too after design to get it pressure die-casting is also no simple thing to do. With hub motor your get only limited torque. I get four speed torque with this setup. Also hub motor is moving electric engine which had to take all uneven road and potholes beating so I don't prefer hub motor though being more simple setup. Hope you have got the answer. One suggestion bhai, why cant you remove the entire engine block as it is quite heavy & does the removal of engine block cause balancing /alignment difficulty in sprocket to chain problem? Why cant you use MS flat fabricated housing to anchor the motor to the body?I am not a engineering graduate but a hobbyist.I would appreciate your reply .
First of all thanks for appreciation. I have kept the gearbox only out of complete engine. Direct motor can be used but generally almost all electric bikes have the same thing and the main thing that I have kept in this bike is you can change gears though it's electric and it really saves lot of battery and gives you higher torque while needed. Also using MS L-plate was need of design could use aluminium composite but it would have costed me three times more. So thanks for your time and interest 👍✌️😊🙏

You must try these motorcycles on hill roads because like here in Uganda most places are hilly and we use motorcycles to carry heavy loads or send me one for trial.
Of hybrid system is designed then batteries can be charged while on petrol but frankly speaking hybrids are non practical vehicles because engine has to carry motor and batteries there you lose efficiency. Again in electric mode motor has to carry electric engine system plus ic engine components and fuel. So only electric or only IC engine is the way to go. This is my personal opinion. Great alternative to chain. Have you tried using Li Ion batteries instead of LA and higher wattage motors like a 3k One so that you can get more mileage per charge..

Have been using this bike since last two months. Pickup is awesome no lags what so ever. You will never feel lagging behind in city traffic against has counterparts. It never felt like you are riding an electric vehicle. And the ride is so promising that after using this bike I don't even feel driving a car. I have tried cruising till 112 km per hour not 140 km per hour as there is no unobstructed Highway near me. There was about 45% throttle left to make it to 140 Kmph. The cost of the motor is about 1.56 lac. Without gearbox motors are available but I have not tried those. This is an on-order custom made motor for our use. It has a matched controller with it. First of all thanks a million for appreciation. See as of now there are no guidelines of two wheeler electric conversion. Also you are not doing anything illegal as engine and chassis number of vehicle are not inftinged in our conversion. So as and when guidelines are formulated you need to get your vehicle RC book updated to change of fuel type to electric. And I have been riding this bike daily and even traffic cops are more than happy to see it and instead they are taken away by fancy. Mostly they are all softer on electric vehicle more so you don't need to provide PUC as it's electric. So just charge and Go 👍🙏😊✌️
