STORYLINE:
Indian Army Chief of Staff, Gen. Dalbir Singh, laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery on Thursday.
Rain fell as Gen. Singh laid a wreath alongside US military officials, saluting in honor of those who died serving their country.
Gen. Singh will participate in an Army Full Honor Arrival ceremony later today as part of his official visit to the United States.
