Although I 💯 agree with widening wealth gap but also equally disturbed by inadequate / incomplete research on this topic. Successive Indian govts followed the mandal committee recommendations of positive discrimination of so called lower caste. It lifted millions of people out of poverty and one of the greatest achievements of India since independence.

I think this is the case in a lot of countries _ if you see the wealth in Australia, it is the same. Only thing is in India we see everyone is progressing _ starting from the grassroots _ labourers, farm workers, and handy workers.
