As an Odia, this makes me so so proud! Odisha as a state is never advertised to the world, many Indians themselves would never know of such a great university that exists in Odisha. it is always the work of Odia people that speaks rather than being advertised by mainstream media in the country. We have the world's best salt water lake ecosystem in Chilika, we have the largest hockey stadium in world, we have a treasure of forests in southern odisha...but odisha and its wondrous achievements are always ignored by Indian media.
I earned a bachelor of science of social science from Portland state university and i am proud to see a institute like this! The world should take notice!

This place seems so on top of everything. Everything is really well organized- from the kitchens and the cooking infrastructure to renewable energy, emphasis on sports and holistic living. The staff seem involved and very competent. The social upliftment just makes this brilliant. This is all so great!

I think something has to be said for industrial cooking technology. We just take it for granted that it's possible to cook 50,000 meals in 5 hours... A lot of work went into making that a reality and thank goodness for it. It allows a relatively small staff to feed a group of people literally thousands of times larger than themselves in a very small amount of time. The emphasis on efficiency by the school is equally as important. It's certainly wouldn't be possible without a strong emphasis on efficiency and managing people efficiently.
This is truly amazing it brought new meaning to helping people's in need and supporting families. Less peoples would abandoned their kids and neglect them for work or deprived them of good schooling system. Very proud of you guys god bless you all

To promote progress of tribals India really does not need one as a token president who the ruling dispensation ridicules effectively by treating as a puppet. No one mentioned that KISS is owned by a hindu and is feeding 25k poor children daily, without any recognition. I didn;t want to mention his religion but recently it has made me necessary to mention it
