China supports Pakistan which India has been at war with since the cease-fire. They can’t pretend China is not the greater threat over Pakistan when it’s also claiming their territories.
Prophylactic preemptive action in adversarial territory in depth may soon be " commercial" if the adversary continues with adventurism. Offence may be the best deterrent Defence as proven in West Asian conflicts. One cannot and should not appease terrorism😅
