India’s software and IT industries are primarily service based providing service for US based product companies. Service based companies in India pay a fraction of salary in India than product based company in USA. Besides this even if the salary is nearby, those Engineers won’t ever come back as infrastructure of Tier 1 cities in India is also at least 100 years behind developed economies like US. Just imagine why would a senior engineer in US will come back to a state like Jharkhand where power cuts are 16 hour plus and road quality will give them slip disk and appendix rupture !
