Adi, I have also gone hoarse screaming over the top of my head that CONgress starts railway accidents as soon as it goes out of power rather as soon as the treasury they had emptlied has been re-filled by some other party in power. I have observed this for a long time, from the times when Madhu Dandavathe was the railway minister. I have been cautioning BJP to be extra extra vigilant about railways. It is the easiest and most deadliest sabotage and CONgress has never shied away from using it.

Once when K Kamaraj was the CM of TN some officials from the education department came to him with a problem.......they had to select 20 students among 100 for granting govt scholarship......and even after a lot of screening they could not arrive at the list and finally they approached the CM...he asked for the original applications and selected the 20 in 5 minutes....when asked how he he could arrive at the solution in minutes which the bureaucracy couldn't do in hours he smiled and replied.....you are bureaucrats and I am a politician....I just went through the bottom of the applications and selected only those where there was a thumb impression instead of a signature....thereby giving preference to students whose parents were not educated.
