NO There r lot of Pakistani all these people's come to HKG after 1997 and their birth rates r very high compared with other South Asian communities. The older generation of Pakistani all r left to live in UK coz their had British passports. according to govt survey Pakistani in hkg r the poorer community and govt give lot of subsidy to them
