She ruled India for 11 years (until she was assassinated), which is the second longest-serving Indian prime minister. She went to war with Pakistan in support of their independence movement and war of independence in East Pakistan, which resulted in an Indian victory and the creation of Bangladesh. She crushed the separatist tendencies in India and in response to a call for revolution, she instituted a state of emergency from 1975 to 1977 where basic civil liberties were suspended and the press was censored. She was assassinated by her bodyguards because of a military action in the golden temple against Sikh Militants and her assassination resulted in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, which is one of the biggest riots in post-Independent India. I don't think being a woman or a male leader has that much difference. 😅 It will depend on the individual and not gender.

What if you can do both at the same time?? The new military terms in India are helping India to make an army that will have less soldiers but will use advanced technology. Yes the new terms are causing problems to the students that were working hard to be in the Indian Army, (my solution was to announce these terms now and apply them after 2 years so that students can choose if they want to work for it), but these terms are very beneficial for future.

Very powerful form of warfare cause all the personal experience of the troops and all teh weapons can heavily rely on their own nations Intel to eliminate or minimise the attack . Heavy-duty defensive missiles are used for protection and can be launched from mobile and immobile sources within borders (for example india vs china ) Counter attacking:- A Military terminology used to describe basically the Napolean strategy of warfare . Lure enemy forces out to a open space away from their support team , then flank most of your troops with heavy weapons and everything , keeping some troops attacking so as to signify the invaders that it's fighting a winning war, then catch them off guard wth the flank and destroying them .

On your last comment about people not doing enough for the planet instead spending on geopolitical strategies, i feel this doesn't apply on India as we have never tried to "invade" any of our neighbouring lands , and have been victims of various invasions , India has always been a peace loving country. Developed nations are able to talk about the planet or the poverty ratios but untill your nation is secure none of these things will matter , developed countries have centuries long alliances and refined strategies, but now its time for India to take security measures into its own hand and not depend upon Nato , UN and the other players involved who never seem to speak a word against China.

Well as an Indian, who has had a female prime minister, let me tell you something, it’s not about gender. That was the only time we came close to being a dictatorship after independence, having a female PM won’t change anything Edit: This is not a rant against Congress in support of BJP or anything (couldn’t care less). War rules :- 1. Never ever underestimate your enemy 2. modern War are fought on strengths and military connection and capabilities , not simply battle till death . 3. When you have home or natural advantages and your military Knows how to use , there's more chance you can win than the invaders . 4. Population plays a major role , in conscription into military in emergency or before and after war population help to stabilize the nation 5. Modern equipment can be easily outmatched or atleast be countered by skills and experience

The channel called AnkitInspiresIndia and AnkitAwasthi by Unacademy. This channel is completely dedicated to real news and analysis stuff. I would suggest to visit those you will like it. I would suggest to turn on caption because it might be in Hindi language. Oh and there is one more interesting and fastest growing channel nowadays called beer biceps visit that to. Well this one is in english so no worries for captions.

I am a proud indian. But lets keep it real and not day dream, China's foreign policy is more robust than India's. If my fellow Indians can prove India beats china in any of the below crucial sectors. India has done mazing strides in the past decade, but it is always good to know your enemy's strengths and catchup. electronic manufacturing, mining rare earth, solar manufacturing, Battery manufacturing, EV manufacturing, Heavy industrial machinery, Farm machinery, Arms manufacturing for domestic use, Drone manufacturing in warfare, AI, Hospital machinery, Construction revolution.... I can go on and on. Some of the Indians glee that China's BRI is failing, not sure where they get their information from, India will be no where once BRI is completed.

China and India are not traditional enemies. You have border problems which was created by the Brits. Why India considers China as one of her mortal enemy is interesting. India seems to be on the back burner in the minds of the Chinese. India might fare better by joining the BRI, persuade and shape policies from within. Unlike Europeans you have existed side by side peacefully for thousands of years. This animosity is relatively a very new phenomenon. China and India once dominated the world. There are some people who cannot afford that to happen again.
