Indian anthem misheard lyrics By Monolinguistic Interpreter Music and lyrics by Rabindranath Tagore This video is a parody of Jana Gana Mana (जन गण मन). This video is for comedic purpose and is meant to be funny
As a Indian, it's quite hard to understand the English words when you have the song memorized in the language the song is in Edit- thanks for 128 likes!
@Australiaball bro how do you expect a random dude from India to single handedly remove a company? and no ones calling other people racist since like 2018 or when ever the pewdiepie t-series war, and that was only a minority. get your facts straight.
@@abcdef27669 that wheel represent two things 1 Time, that time is very important. It's more valuable than money. 2 it's the symbol of Indian King Ashoka the Great.
After several attempts, I finally was Able to separate the Original lyrics from the misheard lyrics... And it is absolutely hilarious!!! Great job! (Indian here again :) )
not an indian, may i ask if the beginning to middle part is like, enumerating places in india? i could recall them from our history class, tho i'm not sure.
Yes this anthem mentions places in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh since it was written before Partition and Independence. Punjab is shared with Pakistan. Gujrat and Maharashtra (Maratha) are Indian States, Bang refers to Bengal whose east side is Bangladesh and Sindh is entirely in Pakistan. It also mentions Rivers Ganga (Ganges) and Yamuna, Himalayas' middle mountain range Himachal and Vindhya Plateus.
I like how you showed a muscle when maratha was mentioned. I’m not a Indian but I so understand this language as I speak a language belonging to similar group of languages so I had problems in relating.
Since I don't speak Hindi, I listen to it trying to find English words that sound close to the words being sung. Maybe a video of mine mishearing an anthem of another country might be easier for you to understand
00:17 it's the description of our country. They all are the sames of major states, rivers and mountain area like - Punjab in North, Shind, Gujarat, Maratha in West, including Rajasthan Drawind, the south india. Urkal and Banga means Bengal and Orissa including Assam and seven sister states in East and East-North. Vindya himachal means Himalayan mountains Yamuna and Ganga are two major rivers which flow through central north india. Do visit india for the most beautiful and unique experience in the world.
Honestly I hear this version of the Indian anthem a lot online, but it’s terrible, out of tempo, and a huge Liberty. Imagine god save the Queen being played at the pace of Aerosmith’s Walk this way.
In an attempt to stay neutral, I used what is generally accepted to be the border outside of the area. I think more people would be more angry if a particular side is picked. It could also be difficult for me to keep track of all disputes that I included before in choosing maps in the future. I respect your point of view, and I hope you understand why it is not included in the video.
