The Non Vegetarian Foods in these food carts would be well prepared for daily consumption and very tasty and hygienic. I have seen similar types with Bhel Poori , Sandwiches, Poories , Iddly, Dosai , kachori etc. These food vendors are more like mobile canteens and some specialize even in Tea Shops and Ice-cream and Kulfi Vendors. They are similar to self entrepreneurs and I have seen even many collectors encouraging this as it creates employment and lowers crime in the urban and rural areas.
