Ha mera Samsung A71 jab servicing mei diya tha tab wo log adhesive tape use kiya aur bola ki machine mei 1 Newton force use karke wo back panel lagaya hai...aur isliye back panel ka thoda colour bhi chala geya tha
I stay in Delhi and I had issues in my Lava Blaze Pro 5G. I submitted the request. They came home twice and updated software when the issue didn't resolve they eventually got a me a new handset within a day. All this was done at home. I didn't have to roam around. Very courteous and polite staff here.
I have similar issue with Agni 2 software usb support. They show me a workaround temporarily. They come home twice and was very polite. they released software update in few days and even called me to inform that ur issue is fixed in update. Super service ❤ by lava

Moto edge 40 ka update update karke itna exited ho raha tha Android 14 ke update ke bad disappointment aur disappointment hi Mila sirf. Battery backup bahut Kam ho gaya. Normal use pein vi phone heat ho raha hein (Jo pehle nehi hota tha) Unhone najane kiu peek display ka animation hata diya. I loved that animation and still miss it. Battery saving mode pein battery ke andar white + sign ata hein (pehle red ata tha) yea white + sign white thunderbolt icon ke sath confuse ho jata hein kiuki mere gharka socket loose hein to kabhi kabhi charging agar nehi bhi ho raha ho to battery saving ka + icon ko thunderbolt icon ke sath confuse kar deta hun mein. Kuchhvi useful Naya feature nehi diya. I miss that peek display animation 😭😞

Budget and midrange Android mein sabhi phones mein update ke baad optimization bekaar hota hai. It is best to use phone at last version of base android version(i.e. 13.9). I literally downgraded my iqoo(funtouch os) phone from 14 to 13 in service center for free after seeing shitty update.
Need to know more about LAVA. So make proper collaboration video with brand, on: 1) Factory tour 2) Bring more clarity about brand to customers, as truth is most people still don't trust lava. 3) What lava is doing to develop trust among users. 4) Are their internal parts at par with other Chinese brands. 5) Software support 6) After sale service & customer satisfaction. So that, when customers would trust LAVA then definitely more would purchase LAVA phones.

I'm using Agni 2 from Lava ...and service is so flexible and customer friendly. They came to my office for charging cord replacement for free. Later i accidentally broke my back panel and they replaced it for just 1k+ rupees...other brands would have charged huge amounts

1580 for a glass back is extremely good..... also quick service is evident as you have shown..... Samsung charges so much premium but in Kolkata, their service is very bad..... The service centre guys simply deny the software bugs present in phone...

This type of video very helpful to us. Because I was buy infinix laptop at 29000 but the laptop came manufacturing problem and Flipkart denay to exchange because exchange time was overed and I go to nearest infinix 3rd party laptop service centre but there my laptop was gone more critical condition and approx 1 month I was contac coustomer care executive and service centre exicutive but at the end result zero. And after one month I was sell the laptop at 13500 rupes. So I requested you to please provide some laptop service centre video specially mobile phone brand who ever make laptop now time. I think this video is very useful for people who own smartphones from lava or other brands which use carlcare service. ❤ What impresses me a lot is how much effort it took to intentionally break the phones. Interesting that Type C ports and back panels which are more prone to breaking are still pretty strong.

In Pakistan 🇵🇰, I used oppo service centre once to replace my Reno 6 broken screen. The experience was phenomenal. They took only 30 minutes to replace the sceen while I waited in waiting area. It never looked liked the screen is replaced ever. Also it was less expensive then the regular mobile shops which was the biggest plus point. The companies like Oppo, Vivo, Infinix, and Tecno have already mentioned the prices of spare parts on their websites so everyone can check repair cost before going to service centre.

मेरे पास लावा अग्नि 2 मोबाइल है जिसका टॉप स्पीकर वारंटी के दौरान खराब हो गया जिसकी शिकायत करने पर लावा के कर्मचारी घर से फोन लेकर गए और 2 दिन बाद दूसरा फोन देकर गए। कर्मचारी का व्यवहार भी बहुत अच्छा रहा। लावा की इस प्रोम्प्ट सर्विस के लिए सलाम। दूसरी मोबाइल कंपनियों को लावा से कुछ सीख लेना चाहिए।
Lava is doing grate, their phones (full range) needs better camera optimisation and processing. I own Strom 5g and have seen rhe expensive lava phones too the processing is same as mine. I was in touch with their team for a long time and hoping to get an update for camera only. They need to fix camera experience to make the brand more appealing. I am overall satisfied with the brand.

Baarish mein paani ki wajah se kharab hua tha, next day person ne pick up kiya aur same day check karke quotation diya on whatsapp, confirm karne pe do din mein theek karke bhej diya. My experience in Kolhapur,MH Blaze 5g,4/128 SC person visited my home,took a selfi with me ,uploaded it on their web. My issue was proximity,side fps & auto brightness sensor were not working most of the time.(in fact I started entering PIN to unlock) They formatted the phone saying it's a s/w issue. This happened 2 times within 3 months.(8/9 months after purchase). My issues were not solved.They told me to remove screen guard myself as they feared it could damage the phone while doing it...😡 So I removed it myself but proximity sensor issue was still there. 3rd time they said "out of warranty" . So it"ll be a paid service. I didn't want to take chance as they were afraid even to remove my screen guard. . Thought about Blaze Curve but after I saw its light sensor is at the top of phone,I was scared about auto brightness & decided not to buy it. Lava need to work more on optimising the s/w & making their phone light weight.Till then it's GoodBye Lava..see you in the future. (Now I am using Realme P1,6/128.since 8th May)
