Why you people do not show picture after 3 to 4 months because in current situation its not looking good because of swelling .So people could not understand because they think these swelling will keep permanently..So please upload picture after 3 to 4 months when swelling gone..

@@AnshuLader not true it takes up to 6 months since he didn’t get a chin implant instead he got his bone broken and reattached, a chin implant heal faster but in his cause he didn’t have a weak chin he had a receding chin and jaw, over all the result is not good and kinda botched now but that’s because of the swelling once the swelling is gone he’ll look like a model.

He was never ugly... however, his face now looks much better proportioned...🎉🎉his face is better supported by the larger chin... remember this surgery is not for a day. In my opinion, it is much more aestheticlly pleasing when the angle of the mandible is further back towards the ear lobe, not further forward. You see on the best looking male models and actors when they turn profile that they have a well defined angle of mandible that comes straight down, not on a slope. It appears further back and with the lower jaw bone closer to a 90 degree angle. When it's on more of a slope it looks less masculine. I hope you can understand what I mean.

what most people in the comments don't understand is the amount of swelling that's on his face rn and how it's making him look chubby. I've seen enough post-op transformations and this is very common. He's gonna glow up in 3-4 months time and look miles better than he does atm

you don't understand the complications of various persons and what he communicates like a bullshit ...It's a surgery and has n number of permutations and combinations he as a surgeon did a unilateral saggital split which is out of medical dictionary and that too half done and an unnecessary genioplasty and jaw sculpting with i no not what kind of muscle buccal fat pad reductions ,, and that too while i was there to correct my severe skeletal open bite with unilateral tmj ankylosis ....and he mentioned a genioplasty in the op notes which was further of no relevance when i opted to claim the same for a medical emergency ....He is Ravan wearing a mask of a doctor ....

Me as a doctor would suggest that rhinoplasty is OK but jaw surgery is a bit too much look at the doctor she is talking so confidently and even her jaw is small and if she wants she could do her surgery easily but she know there are many complications and yeah if you are not happy with your body just be fit and be natural take care of your skin and body and you will look amazing you don't need surgery to look good guys

If I were the patient , I wouldn't accept my ramus to be shortened. Longer ramus is attractive and makes the face look better (not to mention the benefits for stronger ability to chew/bite).

I'm a fan or Dr. Richardson, but this might be the first out of many videos that I have to disagree with. Are more square gonial angle is masculine. Actually people get implants specifically to INCREASE the ramus height, not decrease it as done here... They also seem to have shaven the corners and reduced the width of the mandible.. What they should have done instead: genioplasty for advancement and vertical lengthening + gonial angle implants to increase the width of the mandible

I wonder how he looks after few weeks, better side feature for him after surgery. Anyway he looks cute even with small jawline. My feature kinda look similar like him, but his jawline is better than me. I myself want to have a better jawline too. He's gorgeous, tho.😯😯 I think he might not have been satisfied with the way he had looked in photographs. Seems like he believed he wasn't exactly photogenic... buuut I think he looked reallllly goooood in a video 😯😯 (Video-genic? Camera-face? I don't know the exact term in English). I saw your videos. Everything is good. But when you take before surgery pictures you take very horrible pictures. I dont know you do that on purpose. But if you talk about angle and propotion in your videos then you should show the real before face with proper angle and image taken from some distance. You click pictures from very close that the proportion of face looks horrible in before pic. Please take care of that. So that we can know the actual difference. Audience if you notice the same tell them.

A chin implant would have been cheaper, easier and provided the same if not better results.

You are wrong. Not possible to get such an augmentation with chin implant. Plus it can cause issues any time in life later on… and also you cannot contour the chin three dimensionally as in this case with Genioplasty and jaw sculpting
