The Mexican salsa is Indian salad in a way for us we can do lot of variation with it. Keep it as salad or add curd and that's became Raita to go with biryani or Pulao. We even use the salsa in chaat recipes.

oh great video. i really cant say which one is better in indian chutneys. green one goes with nonveg so well nothing can compare. imli sweet one goes well with snacks and fried stuff.. and red chillie goes with momos and other fast food like chowmin, etc the coconut one is available only with south indian dishes and is not so common with other foods. its extremely tasty but we hardly get it...if u find kachoris, try some fresh kachoris with that imli chutney...its aweeeeesomeeeeeeeee. i love ur Mexican salsas...would try the definitely. the best part is how u also showed us how u made those items... simply wow... ur channel is very balanced, positive, family friendly and authentic.

Hi Darling Beto & Mom :) Spiciest chutneys in India are chilli-garlic ones! Garlic chutney dry Marathi style is delicious! Your Mom KNOWS the combos! She was spot on. Coconut chutney goes with fermented breads like dosa, idli, vada. Green & Tamarind chutney is for chaat snacks. Chaat means lick. It's that yummy that you lick your fingers while eating chat foods. They're snacks generally. My mom makes Tomato chutney with only tomato & green chillies. Cook it. That's the bestest ever chutney. The red chutney you're eating is probably skinned tomato chutney with chillies & garlic mashed! Cook it and blend with a bit of water and salt to taste! Also tamarind and green chutney must be mixed while having samosa for optimal YUM- quotient! ❤️

I am sure you can make the green and tamarind chutney at home just like the salsa. Recipes are on RU-vid. I am sure your mom's salsa verde is too good compared to the restaurant green chutney. Coconut and tomato chutneys go well with south Indian food. You can mix the green and tamarind chutney to cut down on the tamarind sweetness.

I absolutely love your show but your comment favouring farmer protests in India is completely misplaced and stems out of lack of knowledge about it. I belong to a family of farmers and find the farm laws quite good. So do almost 95% of country's farmers. This protest is backed by vested interests who are basically out to destabilise the country and are playing politics with the help of militant organisations. They even turned violent on 26th January. I would like you to gather more knowledge about it before supporting this sinister act
