Mam in 1892 Indian council act 40%seats for Indians and 60%seats for British but in 1909 act you have asked 20%seats for Indians and 60%for British then what about remaining 20%seats????....your method of teaching is very precise and oriented...stay blessed

Mam in 1892 Indian council act 40% seats for Indian and 60% for British...but you have asked in 1909 act that 20%for indians and 60%for British then what about remaining 20%seats????? I am confused on it!!! So mam plz clear it....... otherwise your method of teaching is very precise and oriented....es ko khty h gol k pilana...

Salam mam, lecture are very nice but mam i have a query hope you will address. i mean no offence but mam on wikipedia in ICA 1892" Governor-General's council was increased from twelve to sixteen members" but you said in ICA 1892 lecture, GG council has 5 members. plz mam clarify, I'll be thankful.

mam with due respect plz recheck it, members of the executive council, were 6 since the Indian council act of 1861 the only change which came in 1906 was a Indian member in the executive council

No. of the members of the council will be from 6--12 (1861) No. of the members of the council will be from 10--20 (1892)

Maam Actually hm ye keh sakti hai ky partition of Bengal 1905 are in the Favour of Muslims and 1912 partition of Bengal are the favour of Hindus.

Amazing lecture but some questions are here Congress was not only the party of Hindus rather it includes British and some Muslims so why they against of separate electorate while that they know Very well that these reforms come from British parliament? Secondly is there any partition of Bengal before Pakistan? Thirdly why the new become king annulment the Bengal again ? Was he belongs to Congress?

Miss/madam, I have been through two books just for pre partition, only, but has never seen some of the facts you do lectured in many of you videos. Like in this video: e.g One seat reserved for Indians in Executive Council... Likewise, at 2-3 other points also... So please please let me know, which book you personally had through while you had been preparing... Regards,

Quad e azam was never part of executive council and neither was syed Amir Ali. Quad e Azam was selected member of the imperial legislative council in 1910 and not the executive council. Also member of executive councils were 6 not 5. I cleared all my concepts by watching ur lectures. Made it easy for me to understand indo pak history. But sometimes u exaggerate things. There are few mistakes u made which i highlighted in few of ur lectures. BTW Allah bless u for such a nice work.

Analysis After struggle of syed ameer ali, finally British agreed and introduced act of 1909 where many demands of Muslims were accepted. They got a seat in executive body, whose member was Ameer ali from 1910-1911. Muslims also succeeded in getting 6 seats on the central level from 27 seats of Indians. Indians couldn't accept that victory, and hence, on the day of coronation, they demanded for the annulment of Bengal, which was accepted by the then new king. This was all done in a room where there were only British and congress members. This was a bomb on muslim league. They got disappointed and divided into three parts. On central level muslim league party members were thinking what should they do next. One thing they realise that Britishers can never be loyal to them, and they only work under violence.

In joint electorate hindus get all the legislative seats and muslims remain empty haded as no one there to represent muslim rights. Hardly just one seat was won by syed amir ali in 1905 elections of legislative council. Thats why muslim leaders decided to demand separate electorate in simla deputation and finaly this demand was accepted in 1909 minto-morley reforms

An authoritarian gov has unlimited powers, gov can do anything it wishes, such gov have people's welfare, people's health & their hunger in its hands. Luckily there aren't too many authoritarian gov in the world Socialism means economic resources, means of resources are controlled by society.

Assalamualaikum mam. Thanku loads for clarifying the concept of separate electorate (I couldn't comprehend from the books myself). But, I have one objection. You seem a little too biased about the role of congress and Muslim league. Anyone who has studied history impartially and thoroughly would agree that Muslim league alone cannot be credited for independence of India at all. Please don't indoctrinate Hindu hatred in us more than it already exists.

Wel explained... but this is Indian council Act... and you just focused on muslims rights only... at that time both muslims and Hindus were under the rule of britishers. Any law, rights or duties granted to Indians were both for muslims and Hindus....
