you guessed right it is cashew based( Afgani chicken) . The food looks delicious but the only dish from Chennai was Masala Dosa , All the others were North Indian even the breads . The green masala prawns can be from any coastal region in India . Just pointing it out , no complaints

wow this lady loves indian food so much !!!! they say in india there is variation in spices and cuisine every 50 to 100 miles or km for eg:- take sea food there is a fish which is exclusive to mumbai called bombil or bombay duck ... if u go to southern coast like goa that fish is hard to find .... also u should try goan and malvani cuisine...in goa hindus add imli (tamarind) or kokam( garcina indica) to give a tangy taste mostly to fish dishes and due to portuguese influence christians in goa add vinegar!!!!!... see the difference ☺☺ alll the best u have to explore more about indian cuisine ,the spices, the flavour , ...the taste ...all the best👍👍

It's been a little while since I've seen your great video's.... BTW, next time you come to the Seattle area, you need to go across the 520 bridge over Lake Washington to the east side and visit REDMOND where most of the Indian community lives and works and have set up shops and eateries... Seattle has deteriorated quite a bit... I always say if you can get to Seattle, you can't get out ... due to traffic and the ridiculous roadways....

I'm india people eat at Redtaurants a n d ppl ove street food abroad I eat at SIKH Te,plus, why Indian food abroad very expensive each dish $30 and final nill is easily more then $200.
