@@deeprahul In many of the traditional families, we don't taste the meal before serving. Because the guests offer it to God then eat. It so happens that 99.99% times the taste is perfect. Experience counts.

@@deeprahul The people who cook food in temples and other religious places already have a tried and tasted recipe which is followed for every meal. The food isn't made to please your taste pallete but for the overall general mass in terms of more nutrition and less tamsik factors (masala, spice,fatty, fried, junk food). I am shocked that you haven't observed this yet. It's not a restaurant but institution which provide healthy food to everyone from their kitchens.

Yes even in my household (and my relatives) no one eats before serving. I used to say why didn't you guys test it as you would have known if the salt is less/more. But ya then it will get jhootha.

There must me some depth to it.. I always tell my amma to eat and not wait for me when I'm late from work. No matter how late I am, she Waits. I used to thing it's a mother love thing. There definitely that but also it gives enormous satisfaction to feed someone the food you cooked, before you eat! I occasionally cook at home (I'm cooking almost daily during this lockdown) and whenever I cook, I wanted to eat either with everyone or after everyone is done, but never have I wanted to eat first.. Even when I'm hungry af..!

In house, eating before serving is not a thing because as Indian cooking is a simple practice you get like lentyl, rice, it happens in every country's house. Mostly testing is done in restaurants to make sure nothing wrong goes out of kitchen, and even in house when we make anyhing new, we follow the recipes and test everything.

Even in my family,we practice the same my grandparents where ,sensitive about about this among other stuff like hygiene,shoes in house and nobody with open hair can enter the kitchen.

There are plenty of other Asian and South American countries that also use spices, but have very limited variety of vegetarian food.

Cow doesn't give milk for life time. After certain age, it stops producing milk. It then becomes a burden on the farmers. And it is to be belived that, those cows which are of no use can be used for meat. But because of demand, people started killing all kind of cows for meat. It became a business.

First of all supreme court has no involvement in this case. And Karnataka HC found karnatka government making contradictory statement on Cauvery Calling as how can both Karnatka government and Isha own a single project. By the way the Trees were planted and that's the fact so don't try to fake arguments only to make you correct. And Sadhguru is doing the great job towards nation and society and it doesn't get affected by your ideology .

@@vysakhk7046 Still I feel in India, as cow is considered holy. There is no cruelty in dairy products as it is in western countries.I actually tried to go vegan, but found it really very difficult. Still if you are following a vegan diet I am proud of you. That is an amazing thing to follow.
