This is literally one of my favorite videos on YT. I feel like I watch it on a weekly basis (at least) to relax. The expert hand movements combined with your calm-yet-firm voice (also showing a ton of expertise) is very stress-relieving to me.
This is really good. It’s relaxing to watch, but it’s also really informative. Good to see a massage demonstration on RU-vid where someone really knows their anatomy. More please!

Haleemah X What a lovely thing to say thank you so much for your comment, in this video I’m working with women who are 16 to 19-year-olds which I find such a privilege to show them and inspire them into being generous and nurturing to others, it’s such an important part of my training.

I have facial pain as well as neck pains been to see consultation in London hospitals they still don't know what it is exactly but speculate nerve damage . I have also unfortunately developed tinnitus can this type of treatment help minimise the impact of tinnitus? X

If you’ve been to see Osteopathic practitioners with no joy. Also have a look at acupuncture around your face and neck. However this treatment that I’m demonstrating here is fairly superficial.

I love the video very informative but there was just an observation those nails are way to long, I was told that massage therapist need to keep their nails clean and short
