Today I am going to share my busy Monday routine. 3 different homemade masala recipe. Biriyani masala recipe.

Ilish vapa
Wash the fish gently. Marinate it with salt and turmeric. Add mustard seeds, Pinch of turmeric, Salt to taste,3TP dahi in a mixer jar. Make a smooth paste. Add little water. Keep it in a airtight tiffin box. Add the fish. Coat the fish with the paste. Add generous amount of mustard oil and 4-5 slited green chilies. Cover the lid. Add water to a Kadai. place the tiffin box. Cover it tightly. put on high flame until steam is generated. Then lower the gas flame. Cook for 10-15 min. Ilish vapa is ready now.
Biriyani mashala
10-12 elaichi, 1/2tp clove, 1"cinnamon, 1/2tp shah jeera, 1/2tp shah marich, 12-15 kabab chini, 1tp fennel seeds, 1 star anis, 1/2 nutmeg, 3-4 javetri, 1-2 bora elaichi.
Bhaja (bhuna) mashala (Use in any chat recipe)
1:1 jeera + dhaniya, 5-6 dry chili
Sabji mashala (use in any veg recipe)
2TP jeera, 2TP dhaniya, 1TP black paper,5-6 dry chilly, 10-12elichi, 6-8 cloves, 1/4 nutmeg, 1-2 javetri, 1 cinnamon, 2 bayleaf.
