Believe me... Those days were like hell. During the running a continuous thought always come into mind to give up. But this is the thing we achieved by conquering the inner self. And as the route is about to finish, most of the trainees put their best effort that somewhere kept hidden within us. And after finishing the race, the confidence level is only to be experienced. 👍 Cool reaction. It's all about mind. Throughout the early moments before beginning of the race and untill the 'ready go' command happens...there's a continuous state of fear and negative inability completely battling inside of our mind. But anyone who can win all these negativity arising from inside can achieve this goal. 👍
The training of paratroopers is more hard, this was just an entrance exam or qualifying round for them. The training of para troopers is so hard that some people say it is inhuman 👍

The hidden strength within us is actually amazing. I remember trekking the mountain Kumara parvatha in Karnataka. I don't even exercise, very underweight and lack stamina. That day i trekked 13 km upwards and the same day me and my buddy returned down the mountain to camp. My buddy who is an athlete said what I did was really impressive.

Hi Vikas, Can you provide here the reference link of the competition. I couldn't find any details on internet that our forces comes first against SAS and SEALS. In 2019, India has come first at war olympics but UK and US are not participated in the competition.
