@@ayushijatt9392 I'm 100% sure about my answer , i studied from 4-5 sources and i found that Objective Resolution ( Modern day preamble) is moved by JLN on 3rd session of Constituent Assembly which was held on 13 December 1946 , and accepted by all the members on 22 January 1947 🙏
