i have the the same coach ICF blue from CRealities with metal when i was running it on my layout for the first time it was running smoothly but later it makes a lot of noise on my layout.

May be the 3D printed boggies have been bent by time. Check the boggies and wheels too. Add few drops of model train lube oil in each pin point of the wheels to enhance smoothness of rolling and restrict much friction of the wheel pins with boggy pivot. If not resolved, contact CRealities. They are ready to help.
