It's not physically possible for an entire country the size of France to experience electricity problems everywhere simultaneously, like clockwork, due to technical problems (because power distribution is local...e.g. If the hydroelectric dam or nuclear power station in Capetown gets bombed, it would have absolutely no effect whatsoever on Rustenburg...because these two distant places are not interconnected in terms of power distribution). Some regions do have electricity shortage problems...the problem is that the affected areas are all administered by the same political party. To prevent looking bad, a law was made that when loadshedding gets implimented, it has to be implimented nationwide. Whenever its elections, loadshedding dissappears and magically certain specific areas (ones not administered by a certain political party) has enough power. Or if foreign dignitaries visit, loadshedding dissappears for that duration (in areas not administered by a certain political party).

Data is not really expensive it's more affordable now.

If you come to South Africa go to Durban, huge Indian population & lots of vegetarian meals

ya that's pretty accurate.

You will be able to find vegan meals in the larger cities. And the major supermarkets have vegan meals that you can put in a microwave. Woolworths is an upmarket supermarket and has lots of vegan meals available and vegetables.
