Dresses are culture-dependent but we do follow same Islamic teachings as every Muslim do anywhere! Azaan is in Arabic language! *3.* There are distributions amongst people in Islam religion as well, i.e. Sunni, Shia (the one you are asking for) are well-known amongst them.
