Hello! Welcome back to the final installment of our trip to Indian Springs State Park in Flovilla, GA. On this day we had a simple breakfast before exploring the area around the park. We visited a few shops and spent some time learning about the history of Indian Springs. The museum was fascinating! We then returned to our campsite where we cooked up a delicious batch of Fettuccini a' la Sherm. It is something I (Ken) thought up several years ago to add to a regular plate of Fettuccini Alfredo.

Fettuccini a' la Sherm (for 2-3)
1 8oz. package of Baby Bella mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
3-5 cloves fresh garlic, sliced
1 medium tomato or 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 bag of fresh spinach
5-7 slices pre-cooked bacon chopped or crumbed
1/3 - 1/2 lb pasta (fettuccini. linguini, spaghetti, angel hair, etc.)
Olive oil
Alfredo Sauce (jar or from scratch)
Parmesan Cheese
